1. OFFICIAL TICKET PURCHASES

Tickets must be purchased through the official Groovyland channels.

2. BOOKINGS & REFUNDS

All bookings for the Weekender are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) the return of any deposit paid.

3. NON-ATTENDANCE

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or reimbursement of any amount paid, whether in part or in full.

4. TICKET VALIDITY

Tickets are valid only for the date(s) and experience(s) stated on the ticket.

5. TICKET USAGE & RESTRICTIONS

Tickets cannot be duplicated, resold fraudulently or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.

6. TICKET TRANSFERS

Tickets may be transferred to another person only with the prior written approval of the organisers, and only where the ticket has been paid for in full.

Requests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the event, and the organisers reserve the right to approve or decline any transfer at their discretion. Until approval is confirmed, the original ticket holder remains responsible for the booking.

7. VENUE RULES & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Attendees must comply with venue rules, security procedures and applicable Maltese laws.

8. IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Valid identification may be required for entry.

9. VENUE CAPACITY & SECURITY

The event is strictly subject to venue capacity and security requirements.

10. EVENT CHANGES

Line-ups, venues, timings and experiences may change where necessary.

11. RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY

The Basement Groove reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who breach event, venue or safety policies.

12. TRAVEL & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests are responsible for their own flights, accommodation, visas, travel insurance and personal belongings unless specifically included in their purchased package.

13. OPTIONAL EXPERIENCES & ADD-ONS

Optional experiences and add-ons are subject to availability and may have separate terms and cancellation policies.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to these terms and any applicable venue policies.
